Step 1: Set up your Claude Project
Sage_AI runs as a Claude Project. A Project holds the instructions and the reference material that turn Claude into a product management assistant.
Check your plan. Claude Projects need Pro or above. The free plan does not include Projects.
Create the Project. In Claude, create a new Project and name it for your product. Leave its instructions empty for now. You add them in step 3.
Connect Google Drive. In Claude, connect your Google Drive. Sage_AI reads your documents live from Drive, so it needs this connection.
The files in these steps are plain Markdown, and they would likely work with other AI assistants. They are built for Claude, and these steps assume Claude.
